The Dahme-Spreewald Economic Development Agency operates four technology centres featuring outstanding industrial and office premises in the Technology and Science Park Wildau in the immediate vicinity of the Wildau Technical University of Applied Sciences, the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Polymer Research IAP and the Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron DESY, which is part of the Helmholtz Association. Another technology centre – the Centre for Future Technologies – is to follow in autumn 2020.

Wildau technology centres brochureWith its three modern building complexes, the Aerospace Technology Centre (ZLR) in Wildau has developed into one of the largest compact technology locations in Brandenburg, offering many opportunities for cooperation with over 70 high-tech companies that are driving research, production and services.

The Technology and Start-up Centre Wildau (TGZ) offers excellent starting conditions for innovative start-ups and young companies. In the direct vicinity of the Aerospace Technology Centre Schönefelder Kreuz, you will find offices and workshop space appointed to modern standards and on favourable terms, which can be expanded and upgraded as the company grows.

The Technology and Start-up Centre Wildau (TGZ) offers excellent starting conditions for innovative start-ups and young companies. Centre for Future Technologies

The Dahme-Spreewald Economic Development Agency is investing in the future: by 2020, the Centre for Future Technologies (ZFZ) will be established in the immediate vicinity of the Wildau Technical University of Applied Sciences and within walking distance of the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Polymer Research IAP, the Aerospace Technology Centre Schönefelder Kreuz (ZLR) and the Technology and Start-Up Centre Wildau (TGZ).

A four-storey building complex with office and warehouse space of various sizes and heights on around 7,000 square metres is planned. Here, highly innovative companies in the technology sector will find new space for research, development and advancement.Centre for Future Technologies brochure
